A promotion seminar of software quality elevation project in Taiwan, sponsored by MOEA and CISA, was held on Dec. 9, 2009. As a CMMI ML 3 company, Shinewave was honored as one of the “Pioneer companies of deployment of quality software process” in the seminar.
The global competition is now focusing on innovation and quality. “Keep good quality from Taiwan to global”, the slogan of the seminar, is exactly what Shinewave always pursues. For Shinewave, the compliance of CMMI appraisal requirement is not only a recognition of current maturity status of the company but also a consequence of continuous efforts in software development process improvement since it was founded in 1997.
The insistence on excellent software quality is one of the core competencies of Shinewave. “Such an official acknowledgement will practically enforce customers’ confidence of cooperation with Shinewave.” said Dr. Yu, the GM of Shinewave. “And, definitely, our steps of progression would never stop.”
